GROUP ORDER INFO:
🍓 all of my GOs are managed through GOMdrop. as long as you use a consistent email address, you should be able to see all your items on your joiner dashboard.🍓 if I archive a post, it means the GO has been cancelled.🍓 for instagram GOs not going to a warehouse. ems will be collected with initial payment🍓 anything from weverse, bunjang, neokyo, or any Japanese or korean store, the items will go to my warehouse first. EMS will be a separate payment.🍓 there is a $1 supply fee per joiner added to EMS. if EMS is included in the initial cost, it will be added with the initial price.🍓 when you make a payment, I will give you an emoji to put in the payment notes. please do not put any text in your payment notes.🍓 for any pre-order items (albums, merch, magazines, etc.) payment is due upon receiving the GOMDrop form. if you do not have your payment in when I place the order, your item will not be secured.🍓 for items from neokyo, bunjang, or an instagram seller, you have one week from the time I send you the GOMDrop form to pay. extensions are possible but you must communicate with me.🍓 if any of the items from the order turn out to be fakes, or if any of the items do not arrive in the condition expected: refunds in this scenario will be on a case by case basis. I cannot guarantee a full refund, but I will absolutely do my best.🍓 if a mistake is made, I will do my best to remedy. however, many of these orders are placed with Korean sellers who I cannot communicate with easily and require extensive proof of purchase that I cannot provide due to the use of a k-addy to forward shipments🍓 you must fill out the DOMs form to receive your items. It collects more info than the initial GOMdrop form.🍓 I am happy to combine GO shipments but I cannot hold items forever. I will hold items for a max of 3 weeks. After that, I will request a doms form.🍓 after 5 weeks (or whatever deadline I have set in the chat), if I have not heard from you and not received a DOMs form, I will put your items up for resale and you will be blocked with NO refund.

NEOKYO INFO:
🍓 I take purchase requests, just send me the link.🍓 For Neokyo orders, due to the quantity of orders, I will make a big group chat for the larger batch but not for the smaller GOs inside.🍓 There is one GOMdrop form for all items inside a Neokyo batch. I will DM you the link when it is time to send payment, and make a batch group chat when it's time to collect EMS.🍓 Confirming Neokyo orders can sometimes take time, which is why it may be a few days before receiving a GOMdrop link.
